Cell phone service contracts may be sold on eBay alone or bundled with a phone.
Sellers listing a phone bundled with a required service contract must:
- List only in the Phones with New Plan Purchase section of the Cell Phones category.
- Be an authorized reseller of cell phone services.
- Offer a full refund within 10 days of payment to any buyer who is rejected for a service contract.
- Clearly state in listings what regions, states or zip codes of the country are serviced and any restrictions buyers may encounter.
- Offer and include the following text in all bundled listings:
"As an authorized reseller of cell phone services, I will provide a full refund within 10 days to any buyer that does not qualify for our service. This may occur if the buyer is located outside the area that I am authorized to resell or if the buyer is rejected for other reasons such as not passing our credit requirements.
To fully understand our coverage area and policy, please read our terms and conditions in each listing carefully."
Note: Sellers who decline to offer service to a buyer are not eligible to receive a final value fee credit from eBay through the Unpaid Item process. |

eBayでは携帯電話サービスの契約がそれのみもしくは電話と一緒にて販売されています。
サービス契約とセットで販売が必要な電話を販売するセラーは次のことをしなければなりません：
- 携帯電話カテゴリーの新規プラン購入付きの電話セクションへのみ出品する。
- 携帯電話サービスの認定再販業者になる。
- 支払い日から１０日以内にサービス契約を結ぶのを拒否されたバイヤーには全額返金を提供する。
- 出品に国のどの地域、週、もしくは郵便番号がサービス可能地域でバイヤーが出くわす可能性のある規制について明確に書く。
- セット販売の出品全てには次の文章を提供及び書いてください：
「携帯サービスの認定転売業者として、私は当社のサービスを利用できないバイヤーには１０日以内に全額返金を提供いたします。このような事態はバイヤーが私が転売を許可されている地域外に住んでいるか、もしくはバイヤーがクレジットカードの必要条件を満たすことができなかった場合などのその他の理由により拒否された場合に起こりえます。
当社の補償の範囲とポリシーについて理解するためには、書く出品の当社の契約条件を読んでください。」
需要：バイヤーにサービスを提供するのを拒絶したセラーは未払い商品プロセスを通してのeBayからの落札手数料返金を受けることができません。 |
