Item Location Misrepresentation Policy【商品出品地域の偽りの記載ポリシー】

Sellers must accurately represent the location from which their item will be shipped in the item location field. False, inaccurate or misleading information about the shipping location of an item is not allowed on eBay.

 

セラーは商品の場所の欄にて商品が発送される場所を正確に表示しなければなりません。商品の発送地域について偽の、正しくない、もしくは誤解を招くような情報を載せることはeBayで許可されていません。

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions including:
  • Listing cancellation

  • Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings

  • Limits on account privileges

  • Loss of PowerSeller status

  • Account suspension
 
このポリシーへの違反行為は次の項目を含む処置が取られます：
  • 出品のキャンセル

  • キャンセルされたeBay出品物のeBay手数料の返金権利剥奪

Inaccurate location representation leads to higher shipping costs and longer shipping times than expected for buyers. Listings that breach eBay policy undermine the trust and legitimacy of the marketplace and are harmful to both sellers and buyers within the Community.
 
正しくない商品の場所はより高い送料及びバイヤーが見積もりしていた日数よりも長くかかってしまう可能性があります。eBayポリシーを違反した出品はマーケットプレースの信用と合法性を弱めてしまい、コミュニティー内のセラーとバイヤー双方にとっても有害です。
