If you're the seller
If you've tried to resolve your unpaid item case with your buyer using our Resolution Center and you still don't receive payment or the buyer doesn't respond, we may issue a strike on the buyer's account. If the buyer receives too many strikes in a short time, we may restrict or suspend their account.
However, honest mistakes sometimes occur. The buyer might receive a strike despite having paid for the item. Or, you might come to an agreement with the buyer after the case is closed. If this happens, you can remove the unpaid item strike for the buyer. |
