Find the listings that you're looking for
In each view of Selling Manager, you can use the Search my listings box to search your listings for a specific item. |

To search your listings:
- In the text box, type the word or phrase that you want to search for.
- From the pull-down list, select the field that you want searched.
- Click the Search button.

| The search will be performed only in the view that you're currently in. It will not search across all six views. |

Available search fields in each view
From the specified views, you can use the following fields to find the items that you're looking for:
- Item title (all views, this will be template title on the Inventory View)
- Item number (all views except Scheduled View and Product View)
- Buyer User ID (all views except Scheduled View)
- Buyer email (available only in Sold View and Archived View)
- Product name (Inventory View)
- Part Number (Inventory View)
- Sales Record (Sold View and Archived View)

Keyword searches for Buyer email, Item title and Product name
For Buyer email, Item title and Product name searches, you do not need to enter the exact text for the email address, item title or product name. You can just type the prefix of the email address or type any word in an item title or product name and the search will return all results containing that matching keyword. |

Searching from invoice, email, or feedback pages
If you perform a search from a non-view page such as an invoice or feedback page, the search will be performed in the view that you accessed the page from. For example, if you accessed an invoice from the Sold View and then decided to search for other items that you sold to that same buyer, the search would only return items from your Sold View. |
