Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the SAATS Member's SNS, SAATS Commerce, provided by SAATS Inc..

By listing or re-listing items through this tool, users agree to those Terms of Service, as well as the YAfuoku! Guidelines, and Terms of Use, as well as these Terms of Use.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1.“This company”

Article 3 (Admission and Membership)

1.SAATS Member's SNS and SAATS Commerce shall be available to members only.

2.Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the prospective member shall apply for membership in SAATS Member's SNS and SAATS Commerce by applying for registration as a member in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.

3.If the company receives an application for registration from a prospective member in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company shall decide whether or not to approve the application for registration after taking the necessary steps and examining the application.

The Company may refuse the application for registration in question without any particular reason, and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever to the applicant in question for the rejection of the application for registration.

In addition, the Company shall have no obligation to explain or disclose the reasons for the rejection of the application for registration to the applicant in question.

4.If the Company grants a registration application in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify the applicant in question.

The agreement between the applicant and the Company shall take effect at the time when the Company sends the notice.

The agreement for the use of SAATS Member's SNS shall take effect, and the applicant shall become a member.

5.The Company may transfer its position in the SAATS Member's SNS agreement to the company that succeeds to the SAATS Member's SNS business in the future.

In the event of such transfer, the Company shall notify the successor company of the transfer either on the website or by e-mail.

 

Article 4 (Amendments to these Terms)

1.The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
2.Any changes to this Agreement will be displayed on the Member Information page of the Company's website.

3.You shall be deemed to have accepted the amended terms and conditions unless you follow the procedures specified by us and cancel your membership within one week of the date the amended terms and conditions are displayed.

The agreement between the member and the company shall be effective as of the date of the change.

However, if the company deems it necessary for the prevention of criminal acts by members, the company may apply the new terms and conditions to members before the expiration of the aforementioned period of time by specifying the effective date of the new terms and conditions in the new terms and conditions.

The Member shall periodically visit the Member information page on the website to check the contents of this Agreement from time to time.

 

Article 5 (Notification of Change)

1.In the event of any change in the e-mail address or other information provided to the Company, the Member shall promptly notify the Company of such change by the method separately instructed by the Company.

2.If the member's whereabouts are unknown to us due to the absence of the notification in the preceding paragraph and we notify the member, we shall consider the member to have arrived when he or she should normally have arrived by notifying the last place of notification.

 

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Revocation of Membership)

1Members who wish to withdraw from SAATS must cancel their membership by themselves via PayPal or ASP.

In the case of PayPal, we charge in one-month cycles from the date of application, so please note the date of application and cancel before the settlement date.

Since there are two ways of cancellation at Infocart: one is by one day before the end of the month (30 days in case the end of the month is the 31st), and the other is the method of application in which you will be charged in one-month cycles from the date of application, please follow the procedures according to your own application type.

In the case of Infotop, there are two options: one is payment on the 27th of each month, and the other is billed in monthly cycles of one month from the date of application.

Please note that SAATS does not provide notice of billing or cancellation period of SAATS, although you can cancel the subscription on the subscriber screen of each ASP.

I will do so.

Also, please note that we do not accept refunds after billing.

2If a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company may immediately revoke the Member's membership without prior notice

No. 1: The Member engages in any of the acts described in the prohibited items in this Agreement.

No. 2: If any of the information provided to us is false.

No. 3: When it is found that the SAATS Member's SNS service cannot be provided to the registered e-mail address.

No. 4: When it is found that the registered e-mail address is no longer eligible to be used.

No. 5: If the user commits any act that violates or is likely to violate the copyright, trademark, property, privacy or portrait rights of a third party or the Company.

No. 6: When a user engages in any act that causes or may cause disadvantage or damage to a third party or the Company, or acts that may cause such disadvantage or damage.

No. 7: Unauthorized access to the facilities of a third party or the Company, or falsification or deletion of information of a third party or the Company.

No. 8: In the event that the user commits an act that violates or may violate public order and morals, laws and regulations, or these Terms and Conditions.

No. 9: Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate.

No. 10: Under 18 years of age, SAATS does not accept anyone under the age of 18.

4If a member violates the preceding paragraph (or any other case that the Company deems to be inappropriate) The Company may take any action it deems appropriate, such as deletion of information sent or displayed by the Member, suspension of use of IDs and passwords, or expulsion of the Member from the site.

5We will not be liable for any disputes that may arise during discussions with third parties as a result of a Member's breach of clause 3.

6Even if we revoke a Member's membership in accordance with clause 4, we will not be responsible for the Member.

7This shall not apply in the case of the above clause 3, if the Company is responsible for the same.

 

Article 7 (Prohibition)

The following acts are prohibited in the use of the Service. In the event of any of the following prohibited acts, the Company shall suspend the use of the Service without notice, and in the event that the Company or a third party suffers damages based on the prohibited acts, the user or the user shall compensate for this. In the case of using our paid services, the remaining period of the contract shall not be refunded.

1.Announcements of services provided by users (members) without the permission of the company, solicitations, announcements of seminars, etc., or actions such as recruiting business partners.

2Infringing on the credit or reputation of other users or third parties, or violating the privacy rights of others, portrait rights, or any other rights.

3Infringing on the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties such as industrial property rights (patents, trademarks, etc.), copyrights or trade secrets.

4Posting content that is contrary to the law, or soliciting or encouraging illegal activities.

5Acts and expressions that are offensive to public order and morals. Disclosure of information such as obscene images, audio, or text to other users or a third party, as well as aiding and abetting such disclosure.

6Acts that interfere with the operation and provision of the Service or the use of the Service by other users, or acts that interfere with or assist them.

7Acts that discriminate against, slander, or otherwise defame individuals, specific groups, governing bodies, nations, products, political systems, beliefs, ideologies, or principles that could lead to trouble, or acts that promote such defamation or defamation.

8falsely claiming to be an individual, company, or organization, or falsely claiming to have a business partnership or cooperative relationship with another person, company, or organization, or committing any other appropriate act in spite of the fact that the information is not true.

9.disseminating or publishing information that may damage the credit or reputation of the Company or its partners.

10Writing or posting of information regarding personal privacy and violation of portrait rights.

11obstructing, damaging or limiting the functioning of the software or hardware of the company or others' computers, or assisting in such acts.

12Acts of posting the same content multiple times in succession or spamming and trolling.

13Acts that harm the sound development of minors (such as child pornography, bestiality, transmission or posting of obscene or violent documents or images) or acts that promote them.

14Acts of posting a warning of crimes or acts that are highly likely to lead to crimes or information that can be viewed by an unspecified number of people.

15committing any commercial activity or any act that is in violation of laws and regulations using this service as a medium.

16opening a pyramid scheme or soliciting others to do so. Placing affiliate links or other actions. 

17Reselling the service to a third party.

18Other acts that the Company judges to be inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.

 

Article 8 (Provision of Services)

1.The services on the SAATS Member's SNS are provided in accordance with this Agreement.

2.The Company shall provide various services on the SAATS Member's SNS to its members.

3.The Company reserves the right to change, add or discontinue any or all of the services on the SAATS Member's SNS for any reason without prior notice to the members.

However, in the event of the termination of the SAATS Member's SNS service in its entirety, the Company shall notify the members in advance by e-mail or by posting a notice on the website in a manner that the Company deems appropriate.

4.The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a member as a result of taking the measures stipulated in this clause, or for any damage incurred by a member as a result of using the SAATS Member's SNS (including damage caused by trouble with a third party). However, if SAATS is responsible for the damage, SAATS will not be liable for it.

However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is responsible for the damage.

 

Article 9 (Discontinuation of SAATS Member's SNS Service)

1.In the event of natural disasters, emergencies or other emergencies or the threat of emergencies; in the event of regular or emergency maintenance of the facilities managed by the Company and the operation and maintenance contractor in relation to the SAATS Member's SNS; or in the event of anomalies, malfunctions or failures of the Company or the operation and maintenance contractor's facilities, or other reasons that prevent the provision of the SAATS Member's SNS services.

The Company may, at its own discretion, suspend or terminate all or part of Step SAATS Member's SNS services to the members.

2.If the Company suspends or discontinues the provision of SAATS Member's SNS services pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify Members in advance by e-mail or on the website in a manner it deems appropriate.

However, this does not apply in case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances.

3.The Company shall not be liable for any damage to any member resulting from the interruption or discontinuation of the SAATS Member's SNS services for any reason whatsoever.

 

Article 10 (Personal Information of Members)

1You agree to allow us to use your e-mail address and other member information registered with us for the purpose of providing various SAATS Member's SNS services to you.

2The Company may process member information (age distribution, preferences, usage history, number of accesses to the website designated by the advertiser, etc.) in such a way that individuals cannot be identified or specified, and may use and process such information, grouped by attribute, for the development of new services and other business purposes. In addition, the Company agrees to disclose and provide statistical data to SAATS' business partners only.

3.We will not disclose the personal information that you have provided to us during registration to any third party without your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information in the following cases

Article 11 (Handling of Member's Results)

The members agree that the intellectual property rights of the various SAATS Member's SNS services provided by SAATS belong to SAATS and that SAATS is free to use the intellectual property rights of the SAATS Member's SNS services in the name of case studies.

 

Article 12 (Consensual jurisdiction)

The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have jurisdiction in the first instance over any litigation and other disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, unless the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction.

 

Article 13 (Governing Law)

Japanese law shall be applied to the validity, content and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.


Supplementary Provision 

This rule is effective from October 1, 2020.
